## FAQ

##### What counts as a Long-term Engagement?

 Any arrangement where a proSapient expert works with your team beyond one-off calls: a defined project, a deal, a recurring research programme or an open-ended advisory role. 

##### Exclusive or non-exclusive?

 Non-exclusive means the expert can continue to take other work, including calls through proSapient. Exclusive means that for the agreed term they work with no one else on the topic, which is the usual choice in a competitive deal process. 

##### Can we convert an expert we have already spoken to?

 Yes. Most engagements start exactly that way. Speak with your Account Manager and we will arrange the release.

##### Who contracts with the expert?

 Your choice. Once released, most clients contract with and pay the expert directly. If you would prefer a single supplier relationship, proSapient can contract with the expert and run payment through the platform on your behalf.

##### What if you cannot find the right person?

 We keep searching. If the fit is not there, unused units are returned to your project for calls or other work.

##### How does compliance work?

 Every candidate goes through proSapient's standard ID verification, screening and conflict checks. Exclusivity and confidentiality terms are written into the engagement.
